HERITAGE RENOS | ADDITIONS & ALTERATIONS | NEW BUILDS
At ASTA ads, we believe that great design has the power to inspire & transform.
You want your home to reflect your true self, with carefully selected finishes and bespoke details.
It should serve as a sanctuary where you feel calm, held, and uplifted.
While architecture gives a house form, people give it its character.
Your property is probably your biggest investment, so being cautious about overspending makes sense. But an inefficient layout or outdated design that doesn’t reflect your style comes with a significant price. The correct renovation will improve both how your home feels and its market value. Past clients have seen returns of 15–36% on resale.
Every detail of your space needs to enhance your lifestyle, reflect what you value, and function well.
Imagine an efficient kitchen that supports your busy mornings, or a generous stoep perfect for hosting friends.
How about a quiet home office bathed in natural light, additional storage for your bikes, or making an existing, sculptural tree in your backyard the star of the show?
‘Home’ is about you and how you live.
We help you create a home you’re proud to invite people into - whether it’s hosting dinner parties or impromptu drop-ins.
Around here, we embrace a challenge and celebrate beauty through deep listening and strategic thinking.
We offer full architectural services, and our designs play with natural light, spaciousness, and volume.
We incorporate sustainability principles such as alternative energy generation, rainwater harvesting, and indigenous landscaping, and our homes often feature drool-worthy finishes from reputable local suppliers.
